NIGHTSUITS

We use standard clothing sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your set for another size then you may

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Courier the pair to us within 4 Days (after the date of delivery) in its original packing  and inform us via mail or whatsapp message

 

Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the mail/message.

We do not offer reverse pick up.

Exchanged is valid for another size of the same style only.

WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN REFUND AND CANCELLATION REQUESTS.

NOTE –

  • Customized/Personalized orders are NOT exchangeable.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • SALE items will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Exchanges will not be possible if the request is not raised within 24 hours
  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product.  do read the product information before placing the order. you can also message us to know more details about the product.
  • Midnight closet reserves the rights to accept or reject exchanges at our sole discretion

we do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

 

DAY WEAR

Each piece is made to order and hence we do not accept returns/exchanges.
Alterations can be done at no additional costs.

Orders once placed can not be cancelled therefore if you have any queries we are happy to help over a call or whatsapp message on +91 9950000505

The courier charge from the customer back to us, is to be borne by the customer.
We will pay for the courier cost to send the altered outfit back to you.
